1. Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale and custom-made items are non-returnable and final sale.
2. How to Request a Return
Send an email to returns@bisadi.ae with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and address.
3. Refunds
- Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will confirm item availability and guide you through the exchange process.
